Présence d’Ex Libris au congrès ADBU de Toulouse (septembre 2012)

Assemblée générale du vendredi 22 juin 2012
Les membres de l’ACEF sont cordialement invités à participer à la prochaine assemblée générale qui se tiendra le jeudi 22 juin 2012 de 10h00 à 17h00 à l’Université Paris-Dauphine (Place du Maréchal de Lattre de Tassigny, 75016 Paris), Amphi n°6, « Daniel-Soulié », au 2e étage.
Durant l’après-midi, nous aurons le plaisir de recevoir quelques membres du bureau d’Ex Libris France.
L’ordre du jour est le suivant :
10:00-11:00
- Accueil par le Président
- Approbation du PV de l’AG du 26 janvier 2012
- Approbation des comptes 2011
- IGeLU 2012 à Zürich
- Demandes de développement Aleph, SFX, Primo : suivi et organisation
- Amélioration de la passerelle Sudoc
- Élection du président et du vice-président
- Désignation d’un nouveau vérificateur aux comptes

- présentation #1 : Daniel Bourrion & Stéphanie Bouvier (BU Angers) : Retour d’expérience autour de l’intégration d’Aleph à Drupal
12:00-13:30 : pause déjeuner (offert par l’ACEF avec le soutien d’Ex Libris France)
13:30-14:30
- présentation #2 : François Renaville & Sylvain Danhieux (Réseau des Bibliothèques de l’ULg) : Un formulaire pré-rempli pour la commande de documents situés dans un magasin distant (développement php en lien avec l’opac Aleph)
14:30-15:30
- présentation #3 : Ewa Nieszkowska & Laurent Aucher (SCD Université Paris-Est Créteil, UPEC) : Mise en place de Primo à l’UPEC : projet et nouveaux services : bilan de la mise en place de Primo à l’UPEC et les nouveaux services en interopérabilité avec d’autres logiciels : travail avec Aleph sur la réservation de salles via Primo et travail sur le signalement des ressources électroniques (avec ou sans SFX)

- présentation #4 : Étienne Cavalié (SCD Université Nice Sophia Antipolis) : Opac via Primo : Localiser les exemplaires sur un plan de salle (intégration des plans des sections au sein de l’affichage des exemplaires)

Primo et Primo Central @ i-expo 2012
Ex Libris France sera présent cette année encore au salon i-expo de Paris (stand 4B3). N’hésitez pas à venir discuter de vos éventuels projets, de profiter d’une présentation des solutions Ex Libris et découvrir la nouvelle solution Alma, le service de gestion de bibliothèque de nouvelle génération, ainsi que Primo, l’outil de découverte intuitif et interopérable, et Primo Central, l’index de recherche scientifique.
L’outil de découverte Primo et l’index Primo Central feront l’objet d’une présentation publique le mercredi 13 juin 2012 (de 12h à 12h45, salle 2) –> Plus d’info.

Congrès IGeLU 2012 à Zürich
Cette année, le congrès annuel de l’IGeLU se tiendra du 11 au 13 septembre 2012 chez nos collègues de l’Eidgenössische Technische Hochschule Zürich (ETH Zürich).
Les inscriptions à l’IGeLU 2012 sont d’ores et déjà ouvertes : http://www.library.ethz.ch/igelu12.
La limite de soumission des présentions a été repoussée au 15 mai 2012.

Cette année, le congrès annuel de l’IGeLU se tiendra à Zürich du 11 au 13 septembre 2012. L’appel à communications est d’ores et déjà lancé !

Call for Presentations and PostersOne of the great benefits of IGeLU membership and annual conference attendance is the sharing of user experiences among the membership, generating ideas and learning innovative practices. User presentations are a significant contribution and help create a programme that is more than just about Ex Libris products – it’s about how they are used and who uses them!!
IGeLU is pleased to invite proposals for presentations and posters at its 7th annual conference at ETH-Zurich in Switzerland on 11-13 September 2012. Information and links are on the IGeLU website http://www.igelu.org/ and the conference website http://www.library.ethz.ch/igelu12/.
DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: 1 April 2012
TARGET FOR ACCEPTANCE: 1 June 2012
Topics: Proposals may cover any of the Ex Libris products, the interactions between them, and their interoperation with other systems. We are interested in users’ experiences of Alma; Aleph and ARC; Voyager; Discovery Solutions (Primo, Primo Central Index, MetaLib, MetaLib+); SFX and bX; Verde and UStats; DigiTool and Rosetta. Proposals may also cover topics that relate to the wider development of library and information systems within the context of Ex Libris products, e.g.:
- Innovative use of products
- Integration of products with each other or with external systems
- Innovation in interfaces: accessible, mobile, something completely different?
- Experiences with new products or the latest release of current ones
- Ex Libris hosted/cloud solution – how is it working for you; how has it changed how you work?
- Authentication and authorization, e.g., PDS, Single Sign On, Shibboleth
- Optimising systems and maximising resources
- Consortia issues
